Dr. Mark Polasky founded Grafton Family Dental over 15 years ago.

He is a graduate of Ohio State Dental School, as well as the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Polasky has extensive post doctorate training including courses with Dr. Bill Dorfman of the hit show Extreme makeover, The Peter Dawson clinic for TMJ, 3i mini implant residency, as well as over 350 hours of other continuing education courses. He is a member of the ADA, AGD and Alpha Omega dental fraternity. Dr. Polasky and his wife, Eileen, have two children, Maya and Joshua.

In his free time, Dr. Polasky enjoys fishing, gardening and is probably the only Cincinnati Bearcat fan in all of Grafton.
